Product Descriptions:
- We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images. However, slight variations in color, texture, or finish may occur due to natural materials or photography lighting.
- Custom-made items are created based on your specific requirements and may vary slightly from the images.
Order Confirmation:
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you promptly and offer alternatives or a refund.
Pricing & Payments:
- All prices are in INR and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- We accept multiple payment methods, including credit/debit cards, net banking, and digital wallets.
Cancellations:
- Ready-to-Order Items: Cancellations can be made within 24 hours of placing the order.
- Customised Orders: Once production starts, cancellations are not accepted unless there’s a manufacturing defect or damage upon delivery.
Product Quality:
Our products go through strict quality checks. However, since many items are handcrafted, minor imperfections are natural and add to their uniqueness.
